We want you to feel as comfortable in our pieces as you do in your own skin. If your purchase doesn't spark the connection you expected, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Connection

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
